Why is cyber-addiction so common nowadays between teenagers?

Nowadays, there are a lot of teenagers who feel  as if they don't belong anywhere. This may be because they are introverted and so it's difficult for them to make friends, or maybe because they think they don't fit into society, the principal reasons are the bullying and lack of confidence. The internet is a splendid scape mean, however, even though it provides us a place where we can we ourselves and not to be judged, or whoever we want to, it's not reality, it is a double-edged knife, they only thing we manage to do is to trick ourselves.

How can I get rid of my addiction?

The first thing you should do, is establish some limits, maybe you could be only 5 hours surfing the internet instead of 7. With the time, it should be easier to you. A good challenge would be to spend a whole weekend doing another activities, and to leave the phone and the computer without charge.

Well I hope, I'd been helpful and thanks for reading my blog.
