How can we stop it?
Are you worried because your son, daughter, wife or husband is addicted to internet? Here you have a few steps that you can follow to stop their internet addiction. You can start setting time limits, reduce the number of social networks, turn off the phone during the night...
-For setting the time, you should put the hours that you may stay with internet, but no more than that. For example, you can stay online 2 hours a day, and when you complete that time, you should stop.
Next, to reduce the number of social networks, you must have an account just in the social networks that you really need in your life, such as Whatsapp, to communicate with friends and family... or Facebook, in case you want to be in one social network where you can share your life and ideas. I think that you shouldn't have more than 3 apps.
Finally, if you put away your telephone during the night, you are going to sleep much better, and more hours, because if you sleep with the phone next to you, then, your phone is going to turn on each time that you receive something, and you are going to be answering it or thinking about it all night, and you will be awake. It's not good for your brain because of the radiation that it transmits, and it's not good for your eyes because of the light.
In conclusion, we should control the amount of time that we spend because, we lose a lot of time with it and we should go out more with your friends or family. PLEASE STOP INTERNET ADDICTION!
