Internet Addiction Blog

Are you addicted to the internet? Do you want to stop it? If yes, you are going to like this blog.50 percent of teens actually admit that they feel addicted and 27 percent for many parents. But you can start living again right now by using three simple methods that can improve your life.

First, you are at home, on the internet, talking to a friend by social media. Stop it now and go join your friend instead being each on your computer or your mobile phone. Go join your friend and talk to him/her face to face. It will be better to stop the internet addiction and for your own relationships with your friends.

Second, you are at home, it's time to go to bed, but you are still surfing on the internet on your phone. Stop it now! At bed time, you have to avoid watching screens. Screens produce light, and your brain "sees" the light. So it think it is still the day and not the night. That's why, after watching screens, it is more difficult to fall asleep. It will be better to stop the internet addiction and for your sleep.

Third, you are always on the internet, playing video games, or doing something else. Stop it now! Instead being on the internet doing something useless and losing your time, you can create some new relationships with your friends you may be lost because of the internet addiction. You can spend more time with your family; you can do so many things to live again. That's why you can try reduce the time on the internet and go on the internet only for the things you really need (e.g.: homework).

To conclude, to stop your internet addiction, you can talk face to face with the people you want to talk to, not on a screen. Do not go on the internet at bedtime and reduce your internet time to do only the thing you really need.
If you manage to do these three methods, you will see your life getting better and you will have more time to enjoy life. We only have one, so let's take advantage of it!
